We do not provide any refunds against completed websites, annual hosting, photography, graphic design work, printing or online marketing management fees known as ‘Website Optimisation’ or Pay Per Click Management or SEO optimisation packages.

All Intellectual Property Rights in the Site Design and Development services providing by Persuasion Media (excluding any third party materials) shall be the property of Persuasion Media and, subject to payment of the Fees, from the date of delivery of the website to the Customer. Persuasion Media grants the Customer a non-exclusive licence of such Intellectual Property Rights for the purpose of operating the website.  The Customer may only edit or amend the content of the Site (including the Materials) using a content management system supplied by Persuasion Media, and may not alter the design of the website unless an agreement is in place with the customer to do so.

Persuasion Media may include the statement “Web designer Persuasion Media” or “Website design Persuasion Media” together with a link to Persuasion Media’s website on each page of the website footer.
